Kathleen is an accomplished realtor holding a license for more than 20 years and is presently an agent for Balboa Real Estate, top producing California brokerage. In addition to being a capable realtor and home staging expert, she has worked nationally as a senior level marketing communications and multimedia adviser with brokerages, agents and managers around the country.

Recognized as an excellent communicator and spokesperson for the real estate industry, she has also worked training agents in the art of negotiation, and the importance of mastering written and verbal marketing communications skills.
